Our local library hosted an event where local yarny people volunteered to yarn bomb trees around the library! Here's my tree. I made the trunk cover so that it could be converted to an infinity scarf after being removed from the tree.
I crochet a boquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I tried to use all the spring flowers that grow in her garden - Tulip, Daffodil, Peony, Iris, Daisy and Hyacinth.
My first experience with yarn bombing something that will be exposed to the elements. I coated it inside and out (two coats on the outside!) with silicone water proofing spray.

If you love crochet and you haven't ever seen the blog Attic24, you need to check it out. Lucy makes some amazing creations! Here is my version of her crochet bag.
It may seem silly to include a picture of something so simple, but I think a nice homemade touch is perfect for little details in life, too.
