This kitty is super bendable and slightly poseable, too! The lower half of his torso is filled with rice so he has a nice weight to him.

I free handed all of these creatures as a gift for my cousin, who at the time seemed very fond of "sets" of things. Some of my very first amigurumi.
One of the first times I followed a "complicated" pattern. Here is a link to the original creator's pattern.

I thought my son's Easter basket was too plain as all white - So I yarn bombed it!
Here is a picture of my son's first Easter Bunny from last year, along with the crocheted animal egg covers that I made this year. They are permanently attached to ~3 1/2" plastic Easter eggs, and can still be opened to be filled with candy or other treats.

Just like the animals - only pretty "watercolor" style yarn! They are permanently attached to ~3 1/2" plastic Easter eggs, and can still be opened to be filled with candy or other treats.
Here is a close up of my son's first Easter Bunny, free handed by myself. Also the first bunny I ever crocheted.
I created this angel as a Christmas gift for my aunt, who collects angels. The dress is a free pattern for an 18'' doll created by Pro-Bee Crochet, and was found on Ravelry. I freehanded everything else.

I created this angel as a Christmas gift for my aunt, who collects angels. Here is a close up of the rose she is holding in her hands. The rose attaches to buttons on her hands so that it can be disconnected to change her dress. I did this because, as a child, I can remember always being very pleased when I could undress my stuffed animals.
I bought some wire at the hardware store and bent it into the wing shape, then crocheted the inside of the wings, around the outside of the wire frame, then sewed everything together.
I free handed this teddy bear for a friend's son's first birthday.

Here is my second attempt ever at some serious pattern writing. My mom suggested I make a monkey, and here it is! I'm very please with the way it came out. I do wish I had found something better than pipe cleaners to use in its tail.

A gift for my cousin's daughter's first birthday. I free handed this as well.
Here is my first ever Panda Bear - monumental because I collect pandas. The pattern I followed was found on the Crochet World website. I tried to find it to link to it but it looks like it's no longer available. The title of the pattern was Old-Fashioned Teddy Bear.
